The back print says "Photography by F. Malkina in Nizhyn." F. Malkina was a woman photographer as confirmed by the fact that her name ended with an "a", if it was a man, it would have been "F. Malkin".
And at the bottom: "Atilier (which is a french word for "Artists Studio") for Zooming Portraits.
On the very bottom it says "Negatives are kept".
