Description
Judging from the envelope in which these photos were stored, which was made out to "AR Bloom" (Sasha Allan R. Bloom) and contained within an envelope from Thrifty's Drug Store (Where Sasha worked as a regional manager), it appears that sometime in January, 1944, Sasha took a Road trip in what appears to be the area around Los Angeles, but almost certainly was in California (considering that one photo displays a car with a California plate on it). One picture shows a man looking back at the camera. That person does not appear to be Sasha, and may have been Sasha´s travel partner. Sasha was gay, so it might reflect his partner.
